PRCD's integrated operating system

Built for the work.
Connected across the business.

PhoenixNet connects estimating, projects, people, plant, materials, quality, finance, communication and client access. Staff can control the work from one system, and clients can see the evidence deliberately shared with them.

Built inside the business

Built specifically for PRCD's work.

PRCD founder Neil Silvester built PhoenixNet in-house around the way the business operates across field, workshop, commercial and project delivery.

The industries PRCD serves require practical planning, controlled delivery and evidence that can still be found years later. PhoenixNet replaces disconnected systems and spreadsheets with linked records from first enquiry through delivery, invoicing and handover.

The system is developed inside the business. When a workflow changes or the field team finds a better way to capture the work, PhoenixNet can change with it. Recent additions include detailed estimating and programme planning, correspondence linked from Outlook, stronger purchasing and finance controls, client inspection points, integrated insurance requirements and a wider set of engineering calculators.

Across the job lifecycle

From first enquiry to accountable handover.

Jobs, clients, people, materials and evidence remain linked as work moves through PRCD. This reduces re-entry and makes the current position easier to see.

  1. 01

    Find and price the work

Leads, opportunities, estimates, production rates, supplier inputs, programmes, scenarios, quotes and client acceptance.

  2. 02

    Plan and mobilise

Jobs, sites, crews, resource demand, project obligations, insurance requirements, inductions and compliant assets.

  3. 03

    Procure and prepare

Supplier pricing, purchase approvals, goods receipts, stock lots, transfers, workshop orders and job allocations.

  4. 04

    Deliver and verify

Daily updates, pre-starts, time, travel, welds, structured ITPs, checklists, NCRs, incidents and testing.

  5. 05

    Communicate and share

PhoenixChat, Outlook correspondence, record discussions, client progress, documents, inspection points and QA evidence.

  6. 06

    Reconcile and hand over

Variations, claims, invoices, Xero-linked finance, QA packs, registered MDRs, provenance and audit history.

Inside PhoenixNet

Six views. One operating system.

These are current PhoenixNet interfaces. The two lead examples were recreated in an isolated copy using the supplied PRCD field photos. Every name, company, job number and financial figure shown is fictional demonstration data.

01

Project delivery

The project in one view. Progress, updates and the supplied installation photos remain beside the job and are visible to the authorised client.
02

EF welding traceability

The evidence stays with the weld. Welder, qualification, fitting batch, target and actual fusion data, preparation checks, photos and testing are kept together.
03

Quality assurance

QA is part of delivery. Structured ITPs make acceptance criteria, hold points, witness points, verification and record provenance visible.
04

Client visibility

Useful access without oversharing. Clients see their authorised jobs and the evidence PRCD deliberately shares, including QA packs and inspection points.
05

Estimating and planning

Price the method, then plan it. Welding inputs can drive days, crew demand, resource lines, pricing scenarios and a programme that follows won work into delivery.
06

Commercial visibility

Know what the figures do and do not say. Xero-linked views show receivables, payables, overdue amounts and missing links without presenting local calculations as ledger facts.

PhoenixNet also covers purchasing approvals, goods receipts and stock lots, work orders, correspondence, PhoenixChat, recruitment, onboarding, training, fatigue, plant servicing, insurance, payroll exports and engineering calculators.

Built around real work

The operating thread through PRCD.

The value lies in the relationships between each job, client, person, asset, part and record.

Traceability by design

The record keeps the story.

PhoenixNet records the current position and retains the historical facts that matter. The evidence stays linked to the work it supports.

01Material received

Goods receipt, stock lot and available certificates.

02Issued to the job

Part, quantity, location and the movement onto the work.

03Work recorded

Welder, qualification, procedure, parameters, location and photos.

04Quality verified

Inspection points, test results, certificates and corrective actions.

05Handover assembled

Selected evidence compiled into QA packs and registered MDRs.

For electrofusion work, a fitting can be linked directly to the stock lot issued to the job while retaining the batch information read from the fitting itself. This keeps the system link and the label detail together, reducing reliance on transcription.

A practical advantage

Better for the people doing the work and the clients relying on it.

Staff spend less time chasing records, and clients receive clearer evidence of delivery.

For staff

Less chasing. Clearer decisions.

  • One place to find the current job, client, workforce and compliance position.
  • Guided forms and controlled choices improve consistency at entry.
  • Field-ready records capture evidence while the work is fresh.
  • Dashboards and attention queues surface missing, expiring, overdue and approval-dependent actions.
  • Connected data reduces duplicate entry and reconciliation between teams.
  • Role-based access, audit history and permanent decision records support accountable work.

For clients

More visibility. Stronger evidence.

  • A clear view of authorised jobs, progress and recent activity.
  • Direct access to deliberately shared documents, weld records and QA packs.
  • Structured evidence supports assurance, review and faster handover.
  • Hold and witness points make client participation visible and accountable.
  • Job-linked communication and inspection points keep decisions close to their context.
  • Company-level separation and record visibility protect unrelated information.

Why integration matters

What PhoenixNet improves.

The same controls and records can be applied consistently across projects, crews and clients.

Consistency

Shared workflows replace one-off methods and personal spreadsheets.

Visibility

Connected dashboards show progress, workload, risk and actions sooner.

Efficiency

Information entered once can support delivery, reporting and handover.

Quality

Checks, approvals, procedures and completeness rules build assurance into the work.

Traceability

People, assets, materials, actions and evidence remain connected to the job.

Accountability

Permissions and audit history make clear who could see, decide and change what.

Secure · connected · accountable

Control of the work. Evidence of delivery.

PhoenixNet supports the way PRCD plans, delivers, verifies and hands over work. Existing staff and client users can continue to the secure platform.
