How we deliver

Delivery controls that stay connected to the work.

PRCD establishes the scope, responsibilities and site controls before mobilisation, then manages progress, interfaces and records through to handover. Records show what was planned, what was found and what was done.

Before mobilisation

Start with the package and the site.

PRCD works from the available tender or job package and recommends a site inspection before the proposal and methodology are finalised. This gives the client and delivery team a shared view of access, interfaces, constraints and responsibility.

Assurance in practice

What "controlled" actually means on a PRCD job.

Every contractor claims a management system. These are the specific things that happen on site, and the evidence each one leaves behind.

01

Before anyone starts work

The task is planned, the method agreed and the crew briefed. SWMS and task risk assessments are reviewed and adapted to the actual work front.

02

Competency confirmed, not assumed

Tickets, inductions and licences are checked before mobilisation, for PRCD personnel and for every subcontractor on the package.

03

Hold points are respected

Inspection and test plans set the points where work stops for verification. Those points are honoured even when the programme is tight.

04

Records captured as work happens

Weld records, testing, survey, material and installation evidence are collected at the work front, not reconstructed before handover.

05

Changes raised early

Variations, delays and site conditions that affect scope or cost are raised when they are identified, in writing, before they become a dispute.

06

Environmental controls suit the site

Disturbance, water, waste, erosion and rehabilitation requirements are set from the site conditions and the client's approvals.

07

Subcontractors carry the same standard

Specialist trades work under PRCD's controls, documentation and review. The client deals with one accountable contractor.

08

Close-out is tracked to an agreed finish

Testing, documentation, defects and outstanding items remain visible until the agreed close-out requirements are complete.

Records at the work front

Prestarts and site records kept with the job.

Where the standard comes from

The higher requirement always applies.

PRCD maintains its own safety, quality, environmental and subcontractor-management controls. Where a client's or site's requirement is more demanding than PRCD's, the client requirement governs. Where a site imposes systems, permits or inductions of its own, PRCD works within them.

The four-stage delivery sequence from project basis through to close-out is set out on the project delivery capability page.

Integrated controls

One project structure for site and assurance requirements.

PRCD's management system brings safety, quality, environmental and subcontractor controls into the delivery plan. Where the client or site requirement is higher, that requirement applies.

01

Safety

Planning, competency, SWMS and task risk assessment, incident response, fatigue, fitness for work and emergency arrangements.

02

Quality

Inspection and test planning, hold points, material and installation records, testing, defects and completion evidence.

03

Environment

Site-specific controls for disturbance, water, waste, erosion, rehabilitation and the environmental conditions of the work.

04

Supply chain

Scope, competency and document checks before engagement, followed by mobilisation, performance review and close-out controls.

Project records

Records built as the work progresses.

The project team maintains the information needed to understand the current position, verify completed work and support an orderly handover.

Direct accountability

The client stays connected to the people controlling delivery.

PRCD retains primary client communication and construction control while coordinating the suppliers, subcontractors, wet-hire plant and specialists required for the package.

Resources are scaled around the work, with reporting lines and decision authority agreed before mobilisation.
