Bowen Basin | 2023
Neil Silvester led the client relationship, project management, site supervision and delivery progress for a major mine-water pipeline package at a Tier 1 Bowen Basin operation. Its successful delivery opened a wider programme of work carried out with capable project teams, suppliers and specialist partners.
Initial package
The original package combined HDPE pipeline installation with the supporting civil work required to complete the system within an operating mine environment.
HDPE installation, fittings and connections for the mine-water system.
Road and watercourse crossings coordinated with trenching, access and reinstatement.
Valves and associated flow-control infrastructure incorporated into the package.
Testing and commissioning completed as part of the delivery scope.
Expanded programme
Neil leads project management, project supervision, client communication and delivery progress, and drives the development of additional work opportunities as programmes grow.
Recorded outcome
A major follow-on DN315 pipeline relocation within the programme was delivered on time and on budget.
Australian resources site | 2023 to 2025
PRCD's team delivered a rolling programme of responsive site services at an Australian resources operation: scheduled and reactive maintenance, minor civil and concrete works, drainage, pipeline modifications, poly welding, shutdown support and camp and amenity work.
