PRCD brings pipeline, project-delivery, civil, site-service and facilities-management capability under direct project control. We can take on focused site work, defined construction packages and longer-term multi-trade engagements.

Each capability can stand alone or form part of a broader package managed by PRCD. Pipeline installation remains our flagship construction capability.
Flagship construction capability
Construct-only, supply-and-install and installation-only packages for mine water, process water, dewatering, utilities, slurry, tailings and project-specific pipeline systems. PRCD brings HDPE installation, civil interfaces, crossings, fittings, testing and commissioning under direct project control.
Management from definition to close-out
Scoping, estimating, procurement, construction management, project controls, commissioning and handover managed close to the work.
Self-performed construction
Earthworks, roads, hardstands, drainage, concrete and site infrastructure for greenfield, brownfield, operating-site and remote-area work.
Site support under PRCD control
Scheduled maintenance, sustaining works, shutdown support, repairs and responsive site activity managed through one accountable contractor.
Upkeep and infrastructure under PRCD control
Camp and accommodation upkeep, grounds, trades, site-office support and modular facility infrastructure delivered through one accountable contractor.
Common delivery controls
PRCD adapts the delivery team and work method to the package while retaining clear project responsibility.
Clients work directly with PRCD leadership and the people responsible for planning and delivery.
Tender and job packages are reviewed in detail, with site inspections recommended before the methodology is finalised.
Suppliers and subcontractors are selected, documented, reviewed and audited under PRCD's subcontractor-management controls.
Inspection, testing, quality and handover requirements are set for the scope and maintained as the work progresses.

Starting a discussion
PRCD can begin from a tender or job package. Where practical, a site inspection helps us test the scope against access, interfaces, operating conditions and the work method before we submit a proposal.
