Setting up the service

Define the response before mobilisation.

PRCD can begin from a work order, tender package or recurring-service requirement. A site inspection is recommended so the response model reflects access, permit requirements, interfaces, operating constraints and the records the client expects.

Relevant site services experience

Two years of responsive sustaining works at an operating resources site.

PRCD's team spent two years delivering responsive site services at an Australian resources operation. The work covered scheduled and reactive maintenance, minor civil and concrete works, drainage, pipeline modifications, poly welding, shutdown support and camp and amenity work.

It is the type of engagement this capability is built around: a rolling programme of packages where the client needs one contractor who can respond quickly, work safely on a live site and keep the records straight.

Service scale

A focused repair or a longer-term site programme.

PRCD can scale supervision, wet-hire plant, suppliers and specialist trades around the work while retaining a direct line of responsibility to the client.
