One accountable contractor
A single point of responsibility for the agreed facilities scope, from mowing and daily repairs through to coordinated trades, minor projects and modular facility expansion.
Facilities management
PRCD keeps accommodation villages, camps, site offices and supporting facilities functioning. One accountable contractor for the grounds, buildings, repairs, trades and modular facility infrastructure, with the work planned, delivered and recorded.
Facilities operations
Facilities owners deal with one contractor. PRCD self-performs general maintenance, grounds and minor works, and brings licensed trades, suppliers and specialist subcontractors into the programme under its own supervision and controls.
A single point of responsibility for the agreed facilities scope, from mowing and daily repairs through to coordinated trades, minor projects and modular facility expansion.
Electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC and other regulated work is completed by appropriately qualified trades engaged and managed under PRCD's subcontractor controls.
Work orders, inspection records, defect registers, photographs and close-out records stay current so the facility owner can see what was identified, completed and carried forward.
Modular facility infrastructure
PRCD can manage the supply and installation of temporary and semi-permanent demountable and modular building infrastructure for camps, projects and operational facilities. The package can run from requirements definition and sourcing through site preparation, transport, placement, service coordination and handover.
PRCD coordinates building suppliers, transport, cranage, civil works, licensed service connections and specialist installation activities through one project-controlled scope. Registered designers, certifiers and licensed trades are engaged where approvals or regulated work require them.
Delivery basis: The final scope is defined around the intended duration, occupancy, location, building approvals, utility capacity and the client's operational requirements.
Service scope
The scope is set around the facility. PRCD can hold the full upkeep programme or a defined part of it.
Room-readiness and condition inspections, maintenance-access coordination, furniture and fixture checks, and common-area defect management.
Supply, installation, expansion, reconfiguration, relocation and removal of temporary and semi-permanent buildings and supporting infrastructure.
Doors, locks, screens, fixtures, carpentry, painting, patch repairs, furniture installation and general building repairs.
Daily fix-it lists, minor improvements and recurring facility tasks completed to an agreed programme and recorded by building or area.
Mowing, edging, irrigation checks, trees, garden beds, paths, fence lines, litter collection, dust management and weed control.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, pest control and other specialist work delivered by qualified providers under PRCD management.
Repairs, reconfigurations, relocations, furniture, fixtures and support for offices, crib rooms, ablutions, laundries, shared areas, storage and workshops.
Condition audits, defect registers, work orders and close-out reporting, with regulated inspections facilitated through authorised providers.
Where the service applies
The same disciplines apply whether the requirement is a small site office, a 50-room camp, an operating village or a regional commercial facility.
Systems and reporting
PRCD runs the programme through controlled work orders, inspection records, defect registers and completion reporting. The record can be maintained in PRCD's systems or aligned with the client's required platform and reporting structure.
Service scale
Delivery can be planned around steady upkeep, an embedded need, an agreed response arrangement or a defined infrastructure package.
A planned upkeep cycle with agreed frequencies, inspection points and reporting for villages, offices and regional facilities with steady requirements.
A resident caretaker or PRCD-controlled crew for larger facilities where daily attention keeps small problems small.
A defined arrangement for repairs and make-safe work outside the routine schedule, with availability and response expectations agreed before mobilisation.
A defined supply-and-install package for new modular facilities, additional buildings, relocations or site-establishment requirements.
Getting the scope right
PRCD prices facilities management from the facility itself. For new modular infrastructure, the process begins with the operational requirement, site constraints and intended duration.
Record the facility, assets, condition, problem areas, service interfaces and the owner's priorities.
Agree frequencies, response levels, infrastructure requirements, trades, materials, approvals and reporting arrangements.
Put crews, suppliers, trades, materials, buildings and site requirements in place before the programme or installation starts.
Review completed work, findings, open defects, recommendations, costs and upcoming priorities with the owner on an agreed cycle.
Work control
The record set is the difference between maintenance and guesswork. PRCD keeps completed work and outstanding defects visible as the programme progresses.
More than a maintenance ticket
Some requirements close out as routine maintenance. Others develop into civil, utility, building or small-project packages. PRCD can connect the initial facility need with broader delivery capability while retaining clear responsibility for the agreed work.
Defined service boundaries
Each proposal will state the facilities scope, response arrangement, regulated-work responsibilities and client inputs before mobilisation.
Catering, housekeeping staffing, pools, reception, resident allocation and hospitality operations are not part of the advertised offer.
Licensed trade work and regulated testing are completed by appropriately authorised providers. PRCD can scope, schedule, supervise, audit and maintain the records.
Building design, statutory approvals and certification are completed by appropriately registered or authorised parties where the scope requires them.
On-call support is provided through a defined service arrangement. Unrestricted 24-hour response is not represented or assumed.
