Pipeline installation
PRCD leads pipeline construction from methodology and mobilisation through installation, testing and handover. HDPE and poly pipeline work is self-performed, with qualified specialists controlled by PRCD where the scope requires them.
Delivery model
PRCD controls the pipeline package, the supporting civil work and the delivery records. The contracting model is set to suit the scope without blurring technical responsibility.

Before mobilisation
PRCD can start from a supplied tender or job package. A site inspection is strongly recommended so the proposal and methodology reflect access, interfaces, operating constraints, temporary works and client requirements.
Confirm scope, drawings, specifications, programme and client deliverables.
Test the documents against access, ground conditions, services, interfaces and operating requirements.
Define sequencing, people, plant, suppliers, subcontractors, controls and required records.
Submit a package-specific delivery approach with responsibilities and assumptions made clear.
Inspection and handover
Inspection and test plans, weld reporting, pressure testing, quality records, commissioning information and handover requirements are established for the package. The exact dossier is agreed against the client specification and the work performed.

Bowen Basin mine-water programmeProven pipeline delivery
PRCD's delivery leadership has managed and supervised major mine-water pipeline work at Tier 1 Bowen Basin operations. The scope has covered HDPE installation, supporting civil construction, buried road and watercourse crossings, valves, flow-control infrastructure, testing and commissioning.
As site requirements changed, the original package grew into additional pipelines, rehabilitation irrigation, fill-point and dredging-pump infrastructure, relocations, bulk civil work, test pits, grubbing and clearing. A major DN315 pipeline relocation was delivered on time and on budget.
