About PRCD
PRCD is a principal contractor and primary supplier for pipeline installation, civil construction, site services and project delivery across Queensland.
The company
PRCD was established on a straightforward observation: on regional projects, the gap between the people who win the work and the people who do it is where delivery goes wrong. Scope drifts, records fall behind, and the client ends up chasing an answer through three layers of reporting.
PRCD brings construction delivery and project control together under one accountable team. Clients deal directly with the people planning, supervising and reporting the work.
The delivery model covers focused repairs and minor packages through to larger, multi-trade engagements. People, plant, suppliers and specialist subcontractors are added to suit the scope while PRCD retains client communication and construction control. A focused repair gets the same planning discipline as a multi-trade package. The controls scale with the work. The accountability does not change.
Working principles
The size of the package may change. The expectation for clear responsibility, current records and direct communication does not.
Clients speak with PRCD leadership and the people controlling the work, without unnecessary reporting layers.
Planning, safety, quality, environmental, commercial and handover requirements are established around the contract and site.
Supervision, labour, wet-hire plant, suppliers and specialist trades are coordinated to suit the work and programme.
Progress, issues, records, testing and outstanding work remain visible through delivery, handover and close-out.

Founder and Operations Manager
Leadership
Founder and Operations Manager
With more than 25 years in mining, engineering, civil infrastructure and manufacturing, Neil has worked as a project manager, business builder and company director. His delivery experience includes leading client relationships, project management and site supervision across major pipeline and civil work, including a multi-scope mine-water and infrastructure programme at a Tier 1 Bowen Basin operation.
That leadership experience is backed by practical field capability. He is certified in butt fusion and electrofusion welding of plastic pipelines, holds S123 and G2 supervisor competencies and Standard 11 mining induction, and is ticketed on excavators and telehandlers. He understands what a crew is being asked to do because he has done the work himself.
At PRCD, Neil controls project planning, client communication and construction delivery, assembling capable supervisors, delivery teams, suppliers and specialist partners around each package. Clients get experienced leadership at the work front and one accountable line from scope through to close-out.
Regional operating model
PRCD is based in Emerald, close to Central Highlands and Bowen Basin projects. The company combines regional knowledge with experienced supervisors, project personnel, plant providers, suppliers and specialist trades to deliver across Queensland.
Partners are selected for the technical capability, site readiness and delivery discipline required by the package. PRCD coordinates their work under one project plan and retains direct responsibility for client communication, construction control and the outcome.
