Project delivery

Project control from definition to close-out.

PRCD provides project and construction management that stays connected to the work front. Scope, procurement, programme, cost, risk, contractors, reporting, commissioning and handover are managed through one delivery structure.

Delivery scope

Four stages with clear project responsibility.

PRCD can manage the full sequence or take responsibility for the stage where the client needs additional control.

01

Define

Set the project basis

  • Feasibility and project definition
  • Scoping and constructability
  • Estimating and budgeting
  • Delivery strategy and risk review
02

Plan

Prepare the work

  • Planning and programming
  • Design coordination
  • Procurement and tender management
  • Site establishment and mobilisation
03

Deliver

Control the work front

  • Construction and site management
  • Cost, programme and risk control
  • Subcontractor coordination
  • Progress and client reporting
04

Close

Complete and hand over

  • Testing and commissioning
  • Handover documentation
  • Defects management
  • Completion and close-out

Delivery roles

A role matched to the client's project structure.

Responsibilities are defined before engagement so authority, reporting lines and design accountability remain clear.

Design and delivery integration

Construction leadership with the right technical team around it.

PRCD leads constructability, sequencing, procurement, construction and project control while coordinating appropriately qualified designers, engineers and specialist advisers. Every discipline works to a clear scope, with PRCD keeping delivery aligned at the work front.

Integrated project team

  • PRCD project and construction leadership
  • Qualified design and engineering partners
  • Constructability and work-front planning
  • Specialist subcontractor coordination
  • Clear technical and delivery accountability

Project controls

Information kept current as the work changes.

PRCD manages project records close to delivery so programme, cost, procurement, risk, change and outstanding work can be discussed against the current position.

Close-out visibility

Completion records kept visible to handover.

Project records can be assembled into controlled progress and handover packs while open items remain visible. The demonstration uses fictional project information and record counts.

  • Weld, inspection and prestart records
  • ITPs, attachments and progress updates
  • Record completeness and open-item checks
  • Controlled pack generation and client issue

Supply chain control

Specialists coordinated under the project plan.

PRCD may engage and coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and specialist advisers while retaining primary project management, client communication and construction control. Selection and ongoing management are supported by documented subcontractor controls, review and audit processes.

Proven project delivery

Leading an expanding mine infrastructure programme.

PRCD's project-delivery model reflects hands-on experience leading the client relationship, project controls, site supervision and delivery progress across major Tier 1 mine-water and infrastructure work.

One programme grew from an original pipeline package into additional pipelines, rehabilitation irrigation, fill-point and dredging-pump infrastructure, relocations, bulk civil work, test pits, grubbing and clearing. Project teams, suppliers and specialist partners were coordinated through each expanding work front under a single delivery structure.

Associated project support

Additional capability for planning, controls and mobilisation.

PRCD can add a defined supporting service where it closes a gap in the delivery plan.
